Abstract:

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of social intelligence on social trust and social isolation. The research method is descriptive-survey and the statistical population includes the field of accounting of Athar Arak Technical and Vocational College, which was selected as a sample due to the small size of the statistical population. A questionnaire was used to collect the required information. In this study, instrumental validity has been used to determine the validity of the questionnaire and Cronbach's alpha method with a reliability of 0.738 has been used to determine validity and reliability. Analysis and data were performed through independent testing and structural equation modeling with SPSS and Smart-PLS software. Showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between social intelligence and social trust. While the results show a negative and significant relationship between social intelligence and social isolation.
