Abstract:

The world has changed tremendously in recent years. International relations are no exception. To understand these developments and analyze or criticize them, first, we must know the current state of international relations. In recent years, the debate on the liberal world order and its future is very hot. In this regard, this research focuses on the "liberal order of the world" that forms an important part of the present history of international relations. Granting to this topic, this question raises What are the characteristics of the present liberal world order? This question itself causes further questions; What are the mechanisms of applying the power of the liberal order in international relations? And whether the liberal world order is in crisis? The argument of the research is that the liberal narrative of order was formed and expanded from the beginning in the context of disciplinary power, and after the Cold War, it has entered the stage of bio- power in international relations. In this regard, this research Foucault's approach to power and with the method of genealogy, it answers the problems and questions raised.
