Investigating the Effect of Total Quality Management on the Performance of the Organization in the World Class with the Combined Method of DEMATEL and Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) ( (Case Study: CHAMRAN Parts Making Industry
This research has been done with the aim of investigating and identifying the factors of Total Quality Management (TQM) that affect the performance of CHAMRAN parts industry in the world-class. This research is descriptive and analytical in terms of its purpose, which has used the combined method of DEMATEL and Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) and MICMAC method to analyze the research data and discover the cause and effect of the factors. With the help of industry experts, 16 effective factors of total quality management were identified by snowball sampling method. Finally, based on the interpretive structural modeling method, 4 general levels were obtained for these factors, and the fourth level factor of leadership was the most effective factor, and also based on the MICMAC method, system quality criteria (C1), communication with suppliers and management (C2), leadership (C4) and process management and efficiency (C13) were independent variables It is suggested that industry managers manage their industry in the best possible way to gain a competitive advantage by improving the quality of used systems and improving work processes by maintaining effective and continuous communication with suppliers of raw materials. The innovation of this research is in the application of the combined paradigm of decision-making in the world-class production competitive environment regarding the determination of comprehensive quality management indicators, which has received less attention in other researches.
