Providing a communication model of factors affecting the development of data-driven governance in Iranian sport
The present study was designed and conducted with the aim of providing a communication model of factors affecting the development of Data-driven Policies in Iranian sport. The method of the present study was mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population of the study included the elites in the field of research. For this purpose, 12 people were identified as the research sample according to the purposeful sampling method. The research collection tools included a researcher-made questionnaire and a semi-structured interview. The validity of the questionnaire was examined according to the Expert opinion. Also, the reliability of this questionnaire was evaluated using Cronbach's alpha calculation method (α = 0.89). In the quantitative analysis of the research, Demetel method was used. The results showed that 5 general factors including supportive aspects, personal issues, legal aspects, technical infrastructure and security issues were identified as effective factors. According to the results, it was found that individual issues (network effect = 1.599) and supportive aspects (network effect = 0.234) as causal factors and technical infrastructure factors (network effect = -0.056), legal aspects (-1 / 201 = network effect) and security issues (-0.688 = network effect) were identified as disability factors.
