Systematic Review and Qualitative Meta-Analysis of Research Studies in the Field of International Migration with Amartyasen Development-Oriented Approach

This study, using qualitative meta-analysis method, with the aim of reviewing, classifying and comparing the experimental results of migration studies, tries to highlight the strengths and weaknesses of these works and analyzes the situation of international migration in the country with the Amartyasen capability approach. In order to perform meta-analysis of 50 scientific research articles published in prestigious journals, on the subject of international migration in the period 2004-2020 in order to analyze international migration, we also used the capability approach. According to the results of the studies, the most important factors for the outflow of human capital from the country can be found in the lack of freedom in four areas: economic, political, social and cultural.
