Investigating the impact of destructive leadership on the job performance of cooperative employees (Case of study: cooperatives of Fars province)
A committed human force with a sense of job satisfaction, with their actions and actions and taking correct and timely decisions, can increase the material capital of the respective organization, reduce administrative corruption and achieve organizational goals. They can affect the improvement of employees' job performance. The current research was conducted in 2019 with the aim of investigating the impact of destructive leadership on the job performance of employees . The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed and their reliability was obtained by Cronbach's alpha coefficient for four variables above 0٫7. The final questionnaire was provided to the members of the statistical sample. After collecting the questionnaires, according to the normality, the research data were analyzed using spss24 software. This research was conducted at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of the research have shown that negligent behavior has a significant effect on the job performance of employees. Unethical interaction has a significant impact on the job performance of employees. Abusing subordinates has a significant impact on the job performance of employees. The loss of professional ethics has a significant impact on the job performance of employees.
