The role of high-level managers in advancing banking goals in the field of e commerce (Sepe Bank branches)

This research aims to investigate the role of highlevel managers in advancing banking goals in the field of e-commerce in Sepeh Bank branches in Tehran. The statistical population of this research includes 150 Sepe Bank managers, who were selected as the research sample using Morgan's table, 108 people, in order to collect the required data in a non-random way. In this research, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, whose combined validity and reliability was confirmed by content validity and reliability of the questionnaire by Cronbach's alpha, and by using the structural equation modeling technique of SmartP software. LS, research hypotheses have been tested. The role of managers has a significant impact on advancing the goals of internet banking.
