Investigating the effect of perceived convenience, personalization and improvement of service quality on the formation of customers' experience of using artificial intelligence through the mediating variable of trust
This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of lean and agile supply chain strategies with emphasis on the mediating role of product innovation on the performance success of Zarin Ghazal Shiraz Company. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of the nature and form of implementation. The statistical population of this research includes managers, employees and experts, from which a sample of 75 people was selected using Morgan's table. In this study, standardized questionnaires of lean and agile supply chain (Qi et al., 2017), product innovation (Akhtran, 2014) and organizational performance (Maltik et al., 2015) were used to collect information to test hypotheses. Structural equation modeling technique and Smart Pls software were used to test the hypotheses.The results of this analysis showed that lean supply chain strategies have no significant effect on success performance. Agile supply chain strategies have a significant effect on success performance. Lean supply chain strategy pattern has a significant effect on product innovation. The model of agile supply chain strategy has a significant effect on innovation. Product innovation has a significant impact on the success of the company's performance .
