How business management is made from entrepreneurship; investigation of solidarity relationships

The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between the establishment of management information systems on the organization's performance in small and medium-sized companies in Shiraz. The statistical population of this research consists of all employees with a bachelor's years 10degree and above and with at least of work experience in the studied 550organizations, whose number is equal to people. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability, and its validity was confirmed by the content validity technique, content validity, and convergent construct validity.The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the establishment of management information systems and the performance of the organization. The relationship between the establishment of management information systems and the improvement of employees' performance is a significant relationship. There is a significant relationship between the establishment of management information systems and growth and learning. Also, the relationship between the establishment of management information systems and the improvement of the organization's structure . was a significant relationship.
