Ethical Considerations:
In order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been observed.
According to the jurists who believe in the decline of ownership, defects in material property are a negative condition of the relationship of ownership, which is not only with the intention of abandoning usufruct. Rather, leaving usufruct is done with the intention of terminating the relationship of ownership, that too by choice and without coercion or fear or incapacity and forgetfulness and the property is exposed to loss. The theory of non-expropriation of valuable property due to symptoms is stronger in terms of appearance and rational and narrative evidence.
