In the form of fuzzy variables, expression and evaluation were carried out in two stages, and the average of the first stage was equal to 0.15.49 and the second stage was equal to 0.15.52, with a difference of 0.03%, and the results show that there is a significant and positive relationship between the components and The indicators of the establishment of data governance are, at the end, a technical model is presented based on this for the establishment of police organizational data governance
