Explaining the model of getting out of the identity crisis in virtual teams based on the view of Imam Khomeini (RA).
In today's era, personality disorder and identity crisis is one of the most important problems of developed and developing societies. This issue is one of the main challenges of organizations, especially with the emergence of virtual teams as a result of the development of information and communication technology in today's businesses. Finding a way out of the identity crisis in virtual teams is a serious question for many researchers. The purpose of this article was to explain the model of exiting the identity crisis by relying on the opinions of Imam Khomeini (RA). In this research, an attempt has been made to examine the issue by studying the ways out of the identity crisis in his approach.The thoughts of the Imam (RA) are important in this context in several ways (1) his coverage of Islamic sources, texts and ideas and extensive treatment of the subject under discussion (2) his experience in dealing with this phenomenon in the society before the Islamic Revolution and After that, the two factors of self-belief and cultural independence according to Imam's views were tested as factors of exiting the identity crisis in this article using the structural equation model and factor analysis. The obtained results indicate that there is a positive relationship between self-confidence and independence with identity in virtual teams.
