Presenting a model and the role of future studies in crisis management

Future research includes a set of efforts that visualize potential futures and plan for them by searching for sources, patterns, and factors of change or stability. Futurism reflects how the reality of "tomorrow" is born from the change (or stability) of "today".Futuristic topics include "possible", "probable" and "desired" types for transformation from the present to the future. This research is of an applied type in terms of research directions, because it examines the implementation models of crisis management foresight in the world and aims to provide a special classification to clarify the use of foresight models in crisis management. In this article, nine models of foresight in crisis management, which have a significant layout and approach, have been identified and analyzed in a comparative manner.In this way, in this article, an attempt was made to provide brief basics about future research. In this regard, the key concept of alternative futures in futurology emphasizes the importance that in futurology, instead of predicting a future, the focus is on drawing different futures of alternative futures. Also, the future has components that, by knowing each one of them, a general knowledge of the future will be possible. Examining the global and domestic trends of the effects of natural disasters shows that the life and financial effects of accidents are increasing on a wide scale in the world, and at the same time, the form and manner of accidents will have different effects than in the past.
