Applying Fuzzy Axiomatic Design Approach to Evaluate Maintenance Strategies based on Sustainability Indicators
Because maintenance (NET) is one of the vital units of any industry and can affect other sectors and even the environment and society. The aim of this study was to provide a framework for selecting maintenance strategies using Fuzzy Axiomatic Design based on sustainability indicators (economic, social and environmental) for Iran-Lahijan auto parts manufacturing company.
This research is of applied type. In this research, field and library study methods were used to collect information. The tool used in this research in the field method was the use of a questionnaire. The sample space of this research is Iran-Lahijan car upholstery parts manufacturing company and 8 experts in the field of maintenance and repairs.
By studying previous books, articles and researches and getting help from maintenance experts, 6 maintenance strategies and 16 criteria in the field of sustainability were selected and these strategies were ranked by Fuzzy Axiomatic Design. As a result, a comprehensive productivity maintenance strategy was selected as the best option.
In this research, a framework for selecting maintenance strategies using Fuzzy Axiomatic Design based on sustainability indicators (economic, social and environmental) for Iran-Lahijan auto parts manufacturing company was presented According to the results, total productive maintenance strategy, which has the lowest amount of information content compared to other options, was selected as the first priority.
