Evaluation of dimensions and components of livability in urban areas with sustainable development approach (Case study of Khorramabad urban areas)
Urban livability as one of the most important elements of quality and urban attraction, has received increasing attention in various cities. This concept refers to social comfort, health and individual and social well-being in the city, which are also principles of sustainable development. In this regard, the present study has been conducted with the aim of evaluating the dimensions and components of livability in the areas of Khorramabad. The research method is descriptive-analytical using a questionnaire. The statistical population is all citizens of Khorramabad, which in the 2016 census was equal to 380829 people. Charles Cochranchr('39')s formula was used to estimate the sample size, and according to this formula, the number of samples was estimated at 384 people. The obtained data were analyzed using Spss, Arc Gis, Excel software and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and TOPSIS models. The results showed that there is a significant difference between the areas of Khorramabad in terms of dimensions of livability and in the areas of the city the dimensions of livability are associated with intensity and weakness. The TOPSIS model also showed that in terms of total viability, Shaghayegh area with Si 0.823 has the highest bioavailability and Hot Valley area with 0.176 Si has the lowest bioavailability among Khorramabad city and other areas.
