The dark triangle of personality on knowledge concealment and organizational learning culture (case study: professors of Tehran University)
The current research has been conducted with the aim of investigating the dark and dark aspects of personality on knowledge concealment with the mediating role of organizational learning culture. The current research is under the proof paradigm and in the applied research group. The data collection tool in this research is 3 standard questionnaires. The reliability of the research tool has also been confirmed based on Cronbach's alpha of the dark triangle of personality (0.75), knowledge concealment (0.77), organizational learning culture (0.71), the statistical population of the research includes professors of Tehran University. The sample size in this research is equal to 187 people using Spss Sample power sampling software and the sampling method in this research is available sampling. The data analysis tool is SPSS and AMOS statistical software. According to the findings of the research, it can be acknowledged that the dark triangle of personality has an effect on the concealment of knowledge and 31% of the variance of knowledge concealment is explained by the component of the dark triangle of personality. The dimensions of the dark triangle of personality (Machiavellianism, narcissism, dimension of intellectual and psychological disorders) have an effect on the concealment of knowledge. 38% of the variance of the knowledge concealment component is explained by the dimensions of the dark triangle of personality (Machiavellianism, narcissism, intellectual and psychological disorders dimension). Organizational learning culture has a partial mediating role in the effect of the dark triangle of personality on knowledge concealment.
