Development of a model to investigate the research performance of educational and executive cultural faculty members of universities
From the beginning, evaluation as one of the functions of university management has a fundamental role in correct planning, successful implementation of educational programs and improvement of educational quality in universities. The current research aims to present a comprehensive model for evaluating the performance of academic staff members of higher education institutions. The research proposal model is formed based on the collection of research literature, from three levels, component and index; In the current research, it is limited to two levels of dimension and component. The results obtained from structural equation analysis with the following model of research performance, cultural performance, and performance of 4 first-order confirmatory factors indicate that the evaluation model of the academic board's performance with a component from the point of view of structural validity is valid. Although the degree of influence of each of the 20 educational components and executive function was identified on each of the different dimensions.
