The method is based on the table of Morgan sample size, 375 students were selected as a sample size and completed the Procrastination Scale (Lay, 1986); Implicit Theories of Intelligence Scale (Abd-El-Fattah & Yates, 2006); and Achievement Goal Scale (Elliot & McGregor, 2001). Path analysis with AMOS software was used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a negative relationship between incremental intelligence beliefs and procrastination through mastery goals. Model indexes indicated that the proposed concept model was efficient.
