Investigating quality solutions for in-service training courses (case study of National Bank Yasouj employees)
Human power is considered the most important and strategic resource of an organization. Even assuming that an organization has the most equipped equipment, facilities and has the most advanced technology, it will not be successful without the use of specialized and trained human resources. The purpose of this research is to investigate and identify quality solutions for in-service training courses A case study of Yasouj National Bank employees has been discussed, in terms of methodology, the current research is a descriptive survey.The data collection method in this field research and the data collection tool was a standard questionnaire, the statistical population of the research includes 450 employees of Yasouj National Bank, 207 people were selected as a statistical sample through Cochran's formula and through available sampling from the company's employees. It was collected and then analyzed through the structural equations of SmartPls2, and the results obtained from this analysis show that a quality solution has an effect on in-service training
