Providing a model of behavioral competencies in the Islamic Revolution based on the perspective of the Supreme Leader (al -Awali)
The topic of managers and their behavior in the Islamic system is one of the important issues in the country that requires a desirable and efficient model for Islamic resources. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei's theoretical and practical research as a comprehensive model of a successful manager and successful religious leader can be an important step in reforming the behavior and style of management and leadership based on Islamic standards, so the purpose of research This is to extract and present a indigenous and religious pattern for the behavior of the country's leaders by analyzing the views of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution as an indicator. This research is a fundamental type and used the theme analysis method, and his lectures between 1368 and 1400 have been selected and analyzed on the behavior of managers or managers' competencies. As a result, out of 599 lectures extracted in the form of 89 open codes, 25 central themes and 9 classified selective themes, concepts called ethical virtues, free -thinking, responsible, popularity, legalism, powerful, simple, biological, transformational Jihadist behavior is one of the main behavioral competencies of managers presented in a model. As a result, the expectations that the supreme leader of managers have due to the nature of the system and Islamic law, as well as the necessity and importance of implementing religious orders, must be taken into consideration by managers and policies.
