Interpretive Structural Modeling of Jihadi Management Components

The aim of the current study was to know the components of jihadi management. By reviewing the available literature and the menus of the Supreme Leader, nine components were identified, which were used to determine the relationships between the set of components using a new analysis called interpretive structural modeling. After determining the matrix and drawing the boundary lines, the components were identified and categorized based on the level of Driving and Dependent Force. Linkage components including "Efficiency, Equity, and Program Oriented" have influence power as well as strong dependence power, these components are in fact unstable components, in the sense that doing any action on these components in addition to directly affecting other components has an effect, it can also affect the component itself in the form of feedback from other components. The independent components include "sincerity and intelligence" which have a strong influencing power, but their dependence power is weak, which are actually key components and by making changes in them, you can influence the rest of the components. Dependent components include "hard work and challenge with obstacles" which have a weak influencing power, however, they have a higher dependence power than other components. In fact, the extraction of these components shows that despite the fact that in the general view, the concept of jihadi management has a simplistic meaning, but in the scientific view, The findings showed that it is based on completely scientific management indicators and can be presented and implemented as a new management style.
