Validation of job performance model of human resources in the light of electronic learning in Melli Bank
In today's electronic age, taking e-learning courses allows people to use newer methods to improve their organizational performance compared to previous generations. The present study has been conducted with the aim of validating the job performance model of human resources in the light of e-learning in Bank Melli. The study adopts a survey research strategy and uses quantitative research method. The statistical population of the study was all 160 employees of Bank Melli in Mashhad, of whom 121 were selected as a statistical sample by simple random sampling strategy. The research tool includes a researcher-made questionnaire with 104 items. SPSS software and PLS software were used to analyze the data obtained in this research. The research results in the model include 4 categories and 11 components. The categories included educational elements of e-learning, human elements of elearning, job performance management process and finally the category of organizational job performance improvement. The results showed that the model has the necessary validity.
