Designing a visualization model with an environmental management approach in the social security organization
Organizational image as one of the most valuable assets of any organization is the result of the opinions and thoughts of people both inside and outside the organization, the awareness and understanding of which helps managers in preparing plans, strategies of the organization and gaining a sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, the aim of the research was to design a visualization model with an environmental management approach in the social security organization. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of the adopted method. In the first step, factors affecting visualization were identified based on interviews with 11 academic and organizational experts. The output of this stage was 25 components in the form of 5 dimensions (organizational identity, organizational reputation, tangible symbols and signs, employees facing customers, service level). Then, in the second step, the identified dimensions were leveled with interpretive structural modeling method and clustered with MICMAC analysis, which was analyzed using Excel software. The results showed that the dimension of organizational identity is at the first level and the dimensions of organizational reputation, symbols and tangible signs, employees facing customers, and service level are at the second level, and the dimension of organizational identity is in the dependent cluster and dimensions of organizational reputation, symbols and tangible signs, customer-facing staff, and service level are placed in the independent cluster.
