Investigating the relationship between green human resource management and environmental cooperation with the moderating role of domestic green supply chain management of Zamzam Iran employees in Tabriz
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between green human resource management and environmental cooperation with the moderating role of domestic green supply chain management of Zamzam Iran employees in Tabriz. The research method used was descriptive-correlational survey. The statistical population in this study, by inquiring from Zamzam Iran Company in Tabriz, the employees of Zamzam Iran Company in Tabriz, which was 600 people. The statistical sample of this research is the employees of Zamzam Iran Company in Tabriz, which is 234 people, which has been obtained by simple random method according to Morgan table. Also, the sampling method in the present study was simple random. The research data were collected by library and field methods and the tool used was standard questionnaires. The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient test and the validity of the instrument was confirmed by content method. Also, for data analysis, the method of structural equations using LISREL software has been used. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between green human resource management and environmental cooperation with the moderating role of domestic green supply chain management of Zamzam Iran employees in Tabriz.
