Jurisprudential analysis of suicide from the perspective of jurists of Khamsa schools

Background and The right of every person to his own body and the limits of his authority is one of the important issues that is discussed in every legal system. The purpose of the current research is to examine intentional crime and wrongdoing against oneself in the framework of Imamiyyah and Sunni jurisprudence.
This research is of theoretical type and the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library and has been done by referring to documents, books and articles.
Ethical considerations: In order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been observed.
  According to religious teachings, the true ownership of the world and everything in it belongs to the Almighty And he is the supreme owner of the universe, which is interpreted as the highest level of ownership, and the lowest level of ownership is the credit ownership of individuals over objects outside of their nature, such as houses, cars, and other properties.
The perspective of the Qur'an, Qur'anic verses and traditions emphasize that self-indulgence, whether it is suicide or other killing, is absolutely considered a great sin and is forbidden. Whether this work is voluntary or in cases of emergency and necessity such as incurable diseases and so on.
