Basics and jurisprudential-social effects of obligatory Hajj

Background and In Islam, special attention has been paid to the duty of Hajj and performing its rituals, and its jurisprudential examination is one of the most basic things that will help to understand the reason and obligation and ultimately establish it as magnificently as possible. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the jurisprudence of the obligatory Hajj ruling and the impact of performing Hajj on Muslims by relying on the verses, narrations and opinions of scholars.
This research is of theoretical type and the research method is descriptive-analytical and the method of data collection is library and has been done by referring to documents, books and articles.
Ethical considerations: In order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been observed.
  No obligation is determined by God unless it has personal and social effects for person. Among the social effects of Hajj; as follows: 1) Crystallization of the understanding of facts in the mirror of Hajj rituals; 2) full-view mirror of divine laws; 3) Visualizing a part of the story of creation; 4) Examining Hajj through Ijtihad.
In addition to the impact of Hajj on the soul and spirit of the oblige, this act has social implications that are recommended and mentioned in the Qur'an, the words of the Prophet (PBUH) and the Imams of Athar (PBUH).
