This research was organized with the aim of achieving these requirements by analyzing the stories of the Qur'an in an analytical-descriptive method, and the result is that: the most important factor that provides the basis for the ideal society is the sovereignty of the divine religion, which is accepted by the people. It can take steps towards the all-round development of the society and create a desire for a bright future by empowering and removing the obstacles that arise, and also by implementing the principle of anti-arrogance with societies that have arrogant goals and tolerance with non-opposing societies, it will cause the spread of Islam and preparation To accept the ultimate victory of Islam when it appears. Therefore, the people's belief in divine sovereignty with the leadership of a jurist and trustworthy agents with a worthy performance makes the people obedient. Such a society, empowered with insight, patience and perseverance, as a result, starts to spread Islam with political piety.
