Abstract:

The career perspective can be considered as one of the performance management tools that helps to achieve the goal and the simultaneous progress of the individual and the organization. Examining and analyzing the components, roles, tasks, jobs and functions in the service career of government organization employees, shows the fact that in the existing structures, not much attention has been paid to the discussion of the career prospects of the employees and it has some problems. It can be: the vagueness of the career path, the defectiveness of the career cycle, the mismatch of jobs with the abilities and interests, the lack of confidence in the career advancement among the employees, not paying attention to the needs of the employees, the increase in turnover and transfers, the limitation and untimeliness of promotions and Not retiring some of the employees and managers pointed out.. The purpose of the current research is to study the consequences of job prospects in Iran's government organizations.Since the current research emphasizes on forming a conceptual framework or developing a theory and needs to reveal the implicit knowledge of experts in this field, it uses the foundation's data theory strategy. Also, to collect data, a kind of snowball sampling was used until theoretical saturation was reached, and the interviewed experts constitute the sources of the research.Job outlook in government organizations has two main dimensions of personal outlook and organizational outlook, as well as causal conditions, background factors, strategies, intervening conditions and outcomes of job outlook were extracted using the foundational data theory method.If the system of career path, career visioning and its management in the organization is implemented properly and correctly, it can lead to the reduction of uncertainty and frustration or job burnout, to have alternative personnel available, to help the growth and advancement of employees.
