The effect of organizational culture on staff voice through the mediation of empowering employees using the Fuzzy Dimtal technique (Study case: the headquarters of the Agricultural Bank and its branches in Tehran
The purpose of the research: to investigate the effect of organizational culture on the staff voice through the mediation of empowering employees in the headquarters of the Agricultural Bank and the branches of the bank in Tehran using Fuzzy Dimtel technique.The current research is descriptive-exploratory, and it is practical in terms of its purpose, and its data analysis was mixed, in the qualitative part, content analysis, and in the quantitative part, the fuzzy Dimetal method was used; In the qualitative part, an in-depth, semi-structured interview was conducted between 16 experts who were identified using a targeted snowball method, which includes 4 dimensions for organizational culture: customer orientation, orderliness, expertise, and ethics; 4 dimensions were identified for empowering employees: including: training, dynamism, accountability and feedback and 4 dimensions were identified for the voice of employees including: beneficial, usefulness, compatible and warning. In the quantitative phase, by distributing a questionnaire among 9 informants who were identified using the targeted snowball method, and using the fuzzy Dimetal technique, the internal dependence and mutual effects of the aforementioned criteria were investigated; The results showed that the criteria of education, responsibility, beneficial voice, morality, orderliness, specialization, dynamism, and warning voice are respectively effective criteria, and
