Mutual Impact of Knowledge Management with Organizational Innovation in Relief Organizations
with the advancement of technology and the development of the fourth generation industry on the one hand and the movement of organizations towards earning money from the economy of knowledge management and on the other hand, companies are moving towards progress; The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of knowledge management on organizational innovation in relief organizations.
The current research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection method, it is descriptive-survey type. The statistical community, this research includes all the experts and managers who work in aid organizations, there are 450 people, the Morgan table was used to determine the sample size and 210 people were selected and the questionnaire was distributed among them in a simple random manner. To determine the validity of the questionnaires, the content validity method and Cronbach's alpha coefficient showed that the data collection tool has high reliability.
Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics have been used to analyze the data in order to check the validity of the questionnaire from confirmatory factor analysis and to check the research hypotheses from structural equation modeling using the structural equation modeling method (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS 3 software was used.
Coclusions:
Finally, the hypotheses of the research were examined and suggestions and solutions were presented to improve and enhance the mutual effect of knowledge management on innovation in aid organizations. The coefficient of the path between the variable of knowledge management and innovation is 0.613, and the t-statistic is 12.987. The results showed that the dimensions of knowledge management, which include knowledge from the customer; Knowledge for the customer and knowledge about the customer affects innovation.
