Presentation of the Educational Efficiency Measurement Model of Islamic Azad University Faculty Members
The main goal of this research is to provide a model for measuring the educational efficiency of Islamic Azad University faculty members.
The current research is practical in terms of objectives because the purpose of this research is to develop practical knowledge in a specific field, in terms of the method of data collection, it is survey type. The statistical population includes 1776 full-time assistant professors and above in the free universities of Tehran, 316 of whom were selected by random-cluster method based on Morgan's table.
The tool used in this research includes a 125-item questionnaire of interest measurement model. It is educational. Instrument validity was achieved by confirmatory content validity of the CVR. And its reliability was obtained through Cronbach's alpha equal to 0.776.
The results of the implementation of the measurement method showed that all the dimensions related to the causal variable, the main phenomenon, context makers, intervening factors (barriers), strategic conditions and results (consequences) at the confidence level of 99% have a factor load and t test have been higher than 2.58.
