Designing the Internationalization Model of Banking Business (Case Study: Melli Bank of Iran, the Largest Bank in the Islamic World)
The current research was conducted with the aim of designing a model for the internationalization of banking businesses.
This is an applied, descriptive research that investigated the subject in a mixed method. And its statistical population in the qualitative part was the experts of the scientific community and university specialists who used the interview tool and in the quantitative part it included all the employees of the foreign exchange department of the Foregn Exchange Deparetment of Melli Bank of Iran in Tehran city and the questionnaire tool was used.
The obtained results indicate the impact of the investigated indicators on the internationalization of banks and specify the assumptions that enable banks to enter international markets and draw a path for them to improve their performance quality.
Therefore, the internationalization of banking businesses can be promoted by using the factors that affect the internationalization of banking businesses. And by solving the mentioned problems and obstacles, the causes of internationalization of banking businesses can be provided.
