Explaining the Entrepreneurial Model in the Metaverse Era with a Future Research Approach (case study: Knowledge-Based Companies in the Field of Information Technology)

The purpose of this research was to explain the entrepreneurial model in the metaverse era with a future research approach in knowledge-based companies in the field of information technology.

This research was applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of method, it was conducted in the category of mixed research (qualitative (foundation data theory)-quantitative) and exploratory. The participants of the present research in the qualitative part were the members of the managers of knowledge-based companies in the field of information technology and the academic staff members of the universities, of which there were 17 people using the method of theoretical sampling in a targeted manner and based on the principle of theoretical saturation. were selected as samples. The data collection tool was a semi-structured and in-depth interview with the participants. Quantitative data were analyzed in the form of descriptive data analysis, first and second order factor analysis and structural equation model using SPSS23 and SMART PLS software.

Quantitative results confirm the paradigm model extracted from the qualitative part, relationships between causal conditions, organizational policies and structures, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, entrepreneurial strategies in the metaverse era with a future research approach and the resulting consequences. approved.

The importance of future research is that it explains the necessary conditions to overcome these challenges. Therefore, the basic challenges ahead must be identified and clearly stated so that as the future research project progresses, they will be considered as a criterion to guide the project.
