Examining the virtual teaching of biology courses in schools and its effect on the academic progress of students
Academic motivation is an internal psychological motivation of learning that affects different types of academic activities and refers to the individual's desire to achieve academic goals, which is the basis of this research as the effect of electronic education on the motivation and academic progress of the biology course, secondary school.
The purpose of this article is to investigate the impact of virtual teaching of biology lessons in schools on the academic progress of students. The method of this research according to its subject and purpose is quasi-experimental (two independent group design (experiment and test) with test implementation. In the control group, the students studied in the traditional way, and in the experimental group, the students used the method have studied various virtual education courses.The statistical population of this research includes all the students studying in the secondary level of experimental sciences in Rask city in the academic year of 1400-1401, which is 70 people. The sample size was determined using Morgan's table of 59 people.
It can be said that there is a significant difference between the students of the control group and the experimental group in terms of academic motivation and learning biology lessons using smart boards. The findings indicate a significant difference between the students of the control group and the experimental group in terms of academic motivation and learning biology lessons using smart boards as an electronic tool, these results show the role and importance of using smart boards in teaching.
