The Requirements of the Leadership Discourse Judicial Transformation Model

The judiciary needs internal reconstruction and fundamental transformation in order to transcend the goals and dynamics of performance at times. The purpose of this research is to gather and achieve coherent discourse of the Supreme Leader on the essentials of the Judicial Transformation Model. To this end, the qualitative and quantitative content analysis of the data and the data theory method of the foundation have been used to analyze data from the collection of statements, writings, and notices of the Supreme Leader in the period since his inception. 14/3/1368 Until the announcement of the appointment of Ayatollah Raisi to the Presidency of the Judiciary (16/12/1397), obtained after three stages of open coding, axial coding and selective coding simultaneously extracted using Max QD software. The findings of this study show that, from a supreme perspective, priorities such as revolutionization, corruption, independence, and judicial authority, along with factors such as promising, salvaging and comforting the judiciary, are key components of the judicial transformation model.
