Investigating the relationship between digital capability and company performance with emphasis on the mediating role of agility
The role of digital capabilities in e-commerce and its ability to improve the performance of industrial organizations has received serious attention from business researchers. On the other hand, today, strengthening non-oil exports is one of the country's strategic goals, which brings special attention to economic growth and employment growth. On the other hand, one of the important and effective ways to increase exports is to improve the export performance of commercial enterprises. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of digital capabilities on the company's export performance with the mediating role of exploration, exploitation, supply chain agility, operational agility and marketing agility in Bojnourd Cement Company. The descriptive-survey research method and its statistical population were all the employees of Bojnourd Cement Company in the number of 405 people; 196 people were selected by stratified random method according to Kerjesi and Morgan's table. In the present study, the questionnaire taken from Saputra et al.'s research was used to measure the research variables. In order to analyze and test the hypotheses of the research, structural model method with PLS version 3 software was used. The results of the research hypothesis test showed that digital capability had a significant effect on the company's export performance with the mediating role of exploration, exploitation, supply chain agility, operational agility and marketing agility; Therefore, with the increase in the amount of digital capabilities, the performance of cement export has improved, among which exploration, proper exploitation and agility played an effective role.
