Identifying the components of educational leadership based on the teachings of Nahj al-Balagha of Imam Ali (AS)

The current study was conducted with the aim of investigating the components of educational leadership based on the teachings of Nahj al-Balagha of Imam Ali (AS). This research is applied in terms of purpose, and descriptive in terms of method with a qualitative nature using the grounded theory method to reach the theory and conceptual model of educational leadership in Nahj al-Balagha, which was analyzed by using Max Quda software in three stages of coding (open, central, selective). And it was checked. The findings showed that in the book of Nahj al-Balagha, after the Holy Quran, in addition to hadiths, there are many references to various worldly and afterlife aspects of human life, including Islamic government and leadership in sermons, letters, and words of wisdom. In human societies, the most basic work is education, and this important task is entrusted to educational leaders.
