Explain the relationship between upbringing literacy and the professional identity of Beginning Teachers
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between upbringing literacy and the professional identity of Beginning Teachers in Lorestan province. This research is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of collections. The statistical population of the present study included all Beginning Teachers in Lorestan province, which was determined using Cochran's formula to determine the sample size of 255 people. The statistical sample was selected by quota sampling from different educational areas in the province. To collect statistical data, researcher-made questionnaires of professional identity and upbringing literacy in two dimensions of attitude and upbringing method with face validity and acceptable content and reliability above 0.70 were used. SPSS software was used to analyze the statistical data. The findings showed; The average score of Beginning Teachers in all dimensions of professional identity and upbringing literacy was moderate. dealing with delinquent students and the use of information and communication technology on average to a large extent and in relation to the dimensions of creating a spirit of cooperation, responsibility, national-religious identity, social-civil rights, knowledge of upbringing literacy variable from the average They had less than average .considering oneself as a teacher and assuring oneself of being a good teacher were lower than average for teachers' new professional identities.. It can be concluded that the need to review policies and curricula based on changing upbringing attitudes and teaching upbringing methods to increase the upbringing literacy of teachers and reconsider the recruitment of teaching staff is more than ever.
