Abstract:

Using the descriptive-analytical method, this research was conducted with the aim of providing religious solutions for reducing the cognitive effects of the animations of the Zionist Walt Disney company. For this purpose, the cognitive effects of several examples of the famous animations of this company were investigated and then solutions derived from Islamic education were presented. The results showed that the field of cognition can be divided into four types: experimental, intellectual, devotional and intuitive. In the review of the animations, ideas such as “the only purpose of life is to enjoy it”, “traditions and social rules should be discarded”, “parents are captive to a series of old rules” and “the presence of anti-religious concepts” were identified. Strategies such as paying attention to the nature, questioning, strengthening the intellect and raising awareness through storytelling can activate the thinking and reasoning power of the audience so that they do not easily accept what is against their nature in the path of guidance and are more immune to harms.
