Fast resuscitation of road accident victims by the crashed vehicle and its effects

Considering that more than 80 percent of Iranian transport does through road networks, but statistics shows high level of casualties in roads which requires serious attention. In this study, a practical initiative will be proposed and evaluated. We will prove the utility of this solution through deriving the effectiveness of our method on road casualties from an economical and statistical point of view. Domestic vehicle features and some insufficiencies in accident management were discussed by evaluating pervious researches on the cause of high road casualties in Iran. We tried to implement a system based on unique features and needs of Iran’s domestic vehicles and society. The main goal of this paper is to propose a scheme to make us able to inform relevant organizations by the crashed car. So, the required time for ambulance arrival is reduced and the victim would have the minimum time to be resuscitated. Also, the traffic police will arrive to the scene in the minimum time and the traffic will be controlled. The common library and field methods are used in this study. Articles, quarterlies, statistics and web contents are used in the library method. The traffic police of Northern Khorasan province was used as the consultant in the field method. Analyzing data of 41 countries and considering panel data with fixed effects, the results show that in low-income countries, with an increase in gross domestic product (GDP), road casualties increase while it is reverse in high-income countries due to less severe injuries and the high quality of medical services after the accident.
