The Status and the Role of Police Social Interaction in improving people’s participation in Police’s Safety Programs

This paper is in line with executing the macro policies of Law Enforcement Forces of Islamic Republic of Iran (NAJA) and its target is to end the NAJA’s unilateral view regarding social order and urban safety and benefiting police from social capitals. This paper is going to recognize the interactions between police and public people; this is also going to figure a pattern and to rebuild the interactions between NAJA and society. Organizational and social aspect of this subject are noticeable, in particular we should notice police interactions in: The process of creating the trust for public people’s participation in police’s disciplinary and safety plans. Identifying the ways in which we can strengthen the public people’s tendency in social order and safety and identifying their method of involvement and reactions with police when social crises occur. Identifying the rules and norms of police social interaction with public people in four fields of discursive, emotional, commutative, and power (authority). Nevertheless, the author attempts to present a pattern to make public people play a role and involve in social plans through reviewing the social theories relevant to police interactions with public.
