The Relationship between Information Technologies in Improving the Quality of Police Services

Obviously, if we recognize the Information Technology (IT) capabilities and facilitate to apply it, it changes and develops the servicing quality in any organization through implication of IT in the organizations. In fact, IT can improve the quality of services through designing and creating a dynamic system which underlying the identification, selection, recruitment, training and applying effectively of human resources to the organization. The main aim of this study is investigating the role of IT in improving the quality of police services. In general, now a day the new world is like a network in which the information system forms its main tissues and the fabric. In such a perspective, globalization finds a special meaning which implies on the presence of anyone everywhere and mass media, information network and information technology facilitates this issue which is such an important issue that we cannot imagine a world without them. The survey method is employed in this study and for collecting the data, schedule interview form is used. The population of the study was Northern Khorasan Police force personnel. Findings of the study show that the main hypothesis of this study was approved; also there is a significant relationship between IT components namely the role of location, the space, the spatial role of wireless communication and improving the quality of services.
