The interaction of inequality and the consequences of health and treatment inequality in the studied population living in the provinces of Ilam, Kermanshah, and Kurdistan

The quality of the health-treatment system, proper access to treatment facilities and improvement of environmental conditions are among the important factors of sustainable development and long-term economic development of regions. The purpose of the research; Analyzing the consequences of inequality in the field of health among the natives of the western region of the country (Ilam, Kermanshah and Kurdistan).

The grounded theory research method, which is a qualitative method, uses purposive sampling. The technique of data collection was interviews with the informed consent of the interviewees, the statistical community included households living in the provinces of Kermanshah,Kurdistan and Ilam. The sample size includes20 participants from university lecturers, educators and medical workers living and working .
