The model of evaluating the individual performance of managers based on the Meta-synthesis method.
Evaluating the individual performance of managers is one of the concerns of organizations and one of the frequently repeated research topics in scientific literature. The separation between the performance of the organization and the performance of the individual is one of the issues of concern in this field. In order to address this important concern and in order to achieve a model suitable for their goals, missions, structure and jobs, organizations have used many evaluation models. Experimental evidence and scientific studies show that in the results obtained from the models used in performance evaluation, some aspects of performance have been neglected. The current research seeks to identify the model of evaluating the individual performance of managers in the organization in order to be able to evaluate the performance of managers.including jobs, goals and missions. the research method used; Sandelowski and Barroso's seven-step Meta-synthesismethod has been carried out by studying scientific-research articles related to the field of evaluation from reliable databases, analyzing and reviewing selected articles, organizing and categorizing the extracted dimensions and components, and finalizing the model using an expert panel. Is. The findings of the research show that the ideal model for evaluating the individual performance of managers has six dimensions and eighteen components. The dimensions calculated in this research are: individual, organization management, mission, value, jihadi and social. Also, the proposed components are: managerial, legal, financial, economic, operational, environmental, ethical, religious, political, jihadist thinking, lifestyle, jihadist work and action, internal organization, external organization
