Content Analysis of the Document of the Fundamental Transformation of Education in Relation to Vocational and Skills Training

The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of vocational and skills training and to pay attention to the academic guidance of students towards vocational training in the document of fundamental Transformation of Education. The research is descriptive applied research. In the qualitative part, the research has been done using the method of qualitative content analysis and quantitative analysis to confirm and validate the results of the qualitative part, using descriptive statistical methods; Quantitative data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software. The statistical population was the document of the fundamental transformation of education (2011) and the whole society was considered as a sample. The results show that the document has paid due attention to vocational and skills training in the definitions of education, basic competencies and mission statements; However, due to the issue in the definitions of the document, professional and skills training in value propositions Statement of document values (5 of 30), school characteristics on the vision 1404 (2 of 17 characteristics), training students in the general objectives of the document (4 of 45), operational goals (4 of 23) and operational strategies (6%, 8 of 131) have not been properly considered.
