Community-oriented capacities of the police in Islamic-Iranian civilization

In the Islamic-Iranian civilization, the achievement of which has gained special importance in recent years, we will witness the emergence of tremendous developments in various fields. Meanwhile, the role and position of the police is also included in these developments. Today, community-oriented police is portrayed as an ideal and ideal situation at the global level. The theoretical foundations of the Islamic-Iranian civilization, along with the practical experience of the police in the years after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, are indicative of the broad capabilities of the police command of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the community-oriented field. This research reviews these capacities.

This article is a qualitative research and from the point of view of the method, it is descriptive-interpretive and in it, documentary method and library study are used to collect data.

A reflection on the theoretical and epistemological foundations of Islamic-Iranian civilization (including the six principles of spirituality and God-centeredness, rationalism, scientism, Islamic humanism, freedom and justice) and their effects on the form Taking the four areas of the mentioned civilization (i.e. identity and culture, society, economy and politics) shows the high capacity of individual and social participation. In addition, a review of the changes that the police has gone through since the beginning of the Islamic Revolution until today, indicates that we can witness the expected horizons of the community-oriented police in the Islamic-Iranian civilization.

The community-oriented approach of the police, which guarantees the realization of sustainable security with social participation and social prevention, has many capacities and capabilities in the body of thought and logic governing Islamic-Iranian civilization, which makes it possible to take advantage of It is possible and allowed by the police. Therefore, it is possible to use the positive and constructive capacity of the community-centered approach to strengthen the performance of the police in the ideal Islamic-Iranian society and civilization.
