Rapid technological development, the fluid flow of knowledge, and ever-increasing change are among the obvious features of the environment facing today's organizations. The complexity of the information age will make the new millennium a breeding ground for organizations that harness the amazing capabilities of knowledge and use it to be more successful in the breathtaking marathon of global competition. The tool that these organizations have in their hands to achieve their goals is the knowledge management system. Therefore, the current research was carried out by identifying the antecedents and consequences of the establishment of the human resources knowledge management program based on the human resources onboarding system. This research is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the research is the experts, among whom 25 people were selected as sample members using the snowball sampling method based on the principle of theoretical saturation. The data collection tool in the qualitative part of the research is an interview and in the quantitative part is a questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the research interview were confirmed using content validity and theoretical validity and intra-coder inter-coder reliability. Also, the validity and reliability of the research questionnaire were measured by content and retest validity. To analyze the data in the qualitative part, the content analysis approach and the coding method were used using Atlas. ti software, and in the quantitative part, the FCM method was used. The findings of the research show that the most important predisposing factors are dealing with the phenomenon of knowledge inertia, online implementation of training programs required by the organization, ease of access to information and data needed by employees, and dealing with the hoarding of organizational knowledge. Also, the most important consequences of the establishment of the knowledge management system of human resources based on the onboarding system are synchronization with the fluidity of knowledge and the ever-increasing changes in technology, increasing the information literacy and technology literacy of employees, sharing experiences between experienced people and newcomers to the organization and reducing educational costs and organizational socialization.
