Designing the architectural model of innovation networks based on benefiting from the advantage of network governance in Iran

The purpose of this study is to design an architectural model of innovation networks based on the benefits of network governance in Iran. In this research, a mixed approach has been used. Because first, by using the exploratory method and reviewing 64 articles in the field of network governance, innovation and network governance, a large number of drivers have been obtained in the form of theme analysis. The statistical population of this study includes experts related to the subject. In order to reach a theoretical consensus, 25 people were selected as a sample through interviews and the required information was collected. Thematic analysis method (theme analysis) was used to analyze qualitative data and extract the factors affecting innovation networks and the factors affecting it. Structural-interpretive modeling has been used to identify the relationships between variables and networks of network innovation and governance. Findings include explaining the pattern of innovation networks focusing on the benefits of network governance and analyzing the results of influence-correlation. Findings show that the level of cooperation of innovation networks is based on the benefit of the advantage of network governance in a high network government, stable and comprehensive. The duration of contracts and relationships of innovation networks increases and is stable based on the benefit of the advantage of network governance. Management capabilities in innovation networks are increasing and comprehensive based on taking advantage of network governance. In the following, 18 dimensions were identified for designing the architectural model of innovation networks based on the benefit of network governance. The research results indicate the effect of network structure and specialization on public-private sector relations and contracts, innovation ecosystem and consequently sustainable economy.
