Investigating the role of psychological, social and economic factors in changing the pattern of drug and psychoactive use in Ilam province in 1400

The main goal of this research is to identify the factors that change the pattern of consumption from opium and its derivatives to chemical and industrial drugs among young people (according to paragraph 3 of Article 97 of the Law of the Fourth Development Plan in order to promote health and fight against narcotics and psychotropic substances). It is obvious that before taking any measures to prevent the consumption of these substances among young people, it is necessary to consider the dimensions of this phenomenon in terms of paying attention to the causes of drug use among young people and the growth of crack, glass and ecstasy pills instead of Opium and the non-addictive perception of these substances among young people should be investigated and analyzed. This research aimed to investigate the causes of this change by describing the changes in drug use among young people. For this purpose, the statistical population of experts and addicts of these substances were invited to use the survey method to find out the changes in the age of the start of consumption, the changes in terms of the first consumed substances, the changes in terms of the change in the consumption pattern from light substances to heavy substances, and the changes in terms of the variety of consumption. Describe these substances in young people from their point of view. The research results showed that:1- The average age of consumption of industrial substances among young people has decreased.
2- Today, young people start using crack and glass.
3- The time to change the consumption pattern starts at the age of 15 and reaches its peak at the age of 18.
4- Increasing the number and time of sexual stimulation is considered the most important factor in choosing the first drug among young people.
5- Cheapness, imitation of others, diversification and consumption of these substances in parties are among the most important factors in changing consumption patterns among young people.
