Solutions to boost production in rural areas of Khuzestan province: application of hierarchical analysis

This research has used the hierarchical process for prioritizing the priorities and criteria for the growth of production in the rural areas of Khuzestan province. For this purpose, at first, according to the criteria and also the identified sources, the required data was collected and analyzed through a selected sample of experts in the relevant organizations based on pairwise comparisons. Data analysis was done by Expert Choice software. Based on pairwise comparisons, the results of the research showed that economic, infrastructural, social and environmental solutions were the most important solutions, respectively. In addition, the results of the prioritization of economic solutions to boost production in the rural areas of Khuzestan province, the results showed that the two solutions are the diversification of jobs and the development of agricultural activities and the development of fast-yielding enterprises and transformation industries, in infrastructure solutions, the network development solution transportation and marketing and the development of spatial justice and providing new services to villages, in the social solution, two solutions to prevent migration and develop the professional and educational skills of farmers, and finally, based on the environmental solutions, the option of preventing land use changes and adaptation With climate change, it was the most important solution.
